We are a fully mobile notary service and do not have an office or storefront.
In-Person Mobile Notarization: $10/notarial act + Convenience fee (based on mileage)

Loan Signing Services: Ask for pricing based on packet size and distance to signers
Remote online notarization: Pricing charged by and paid to platform, not the notary
Witnesses (In-Person and Online): $20 per witness provided by OOMN
In-Person Form I-9 Verification: Starting at $35 per form plus mileage
Apostille /Certificate of Authentication: Starting at $125 for the first document then $45 for each additional document. Expedited service may be available for additional charges.
eRecording: $30 in-person convenience fee plus county recording fees ($20 for each additional document); $20 convenience fee plus county recording fees per document for electronic documents
**Remote services must be paid for by invoice prior to rendering of services**
**Convenience fees and Electronic document fulfillment fees are required to be paid even if notarization does not occur as these are tasks outside of the notarial process. These fees are paid to Old Orchard Mobile Notary and not the individual notary.**
Cancellation Policy: All in-person appointments must be cancelled at least 1 hour before scheduled time or before notary begins travel. Otherwise, the full convenience fee will be charged. It is unfortunate that we must require this, but there have been a rising number of last minute cancellations.
